Tianjin YuHua Economy&Trade Corporation (former Tianjin Chemical Purchasing & Supplying Station) was established in 1953, It was the only one top wholesale station running chemical raw materials of Domestic Trade Department . It was given the title of one of the Chinese largest service enterprise and the mainstay of Tianjin wholesale industy by 11 national departments and Tian jin Municpal Goverment. During the past 46 years, through hardworking of many genetations, TYETC has completed the historic mission of allocating goods as a top station in planning economy , has brought about the process from planned economy to commodity ecomory and socialist market economy . In view of the five unreasonable structure situation in the running of the enterprise, TYETC drew up the first reform plan in 1992, defined the whole reform policy of the establishment of agencies , the system of management and internal operation .
