China National Nonferrous Metals Import and Export Jiangxi Corporation (JXNIE) was formerly one of the subsidiaries of China National Nonferrous Metals Import and Export Corporation (CNIEC) in Jiangxi province. Due to the decentralization of the central government's nonferrous metals enterprises in 2000, it now becomes a member unit of Jiangxi Rare Metals and Rare Earth Tungsten Group Corporation (JXTC). Being a provincial level foreign trade corporation officially ratified and registered by the government,it is also the group corporation's import and export department combining industry with trade and integrating technology with marketing.

With the support of more than 20 large and mediumsized nonferrous metals enterprises of group corporation (JXTC), JXNIE exports the minerals of nonferrous metals and nonmetals and their smelting and processing products, imports the raw materials for the production and also handles the import and export of technology and equipment, develops the foreign trade and economic business such as compensation trade, joint venture and processing with the supplied materials.
