Zhejiang Approval Technology Development Limited Corporation is situated in lakefront of the beautiful Westlake of Hangzhou. Its forerunner, Zhejiang Province Light Industry Research Institute was founded in 1965, majoring in scientific research, quality supervision, and production management of food and daily chemical industry. After several ten years' arduous work, it has become a modest-scale technology-oriented enterprise. It accompplished whole system reform in September 2000.
With capital 40 million RMB yuan, the corporation has an area of 12,000m2, including 6,500m2 buildings for study and production, and possesses over twenty good-sized analytical instruments such as MS, HPLC, GC, etc. and multi production & pilot trial lines fo SO3 sulfonation and lipid surfactants. About 50 moderate and senior Professionals and 100 employees serve in the enterprise.
