Wuxi Boiler Works was established in 1958 incorporated Joint State-Private Wuxi Boiler Works and Local State-Operated Huguang Machinery Factory. In March 1960 it was formally named Local State-Operated Wuxi Boiler Works. During the four decades all leaders and employee of several generations forged ahead together, devoting themselves to fighting its way. After Eleventh Session Third Plenary Meeting, especially in recent ten years, under the lead of managing group the works has been greatly strengthened on strength, scale and profit during the storm of market economy with the Mercurial Spirit of Exploiting to Be the First. With the great development, it came out from an unknown middle-sized company to a National First Scale enterprise, which has an important status in this industry, enjoying good provincial and national reputation in market.
