Regenerated from Shandong Taian Shankou Steel Pipes Mill established in March, 1992, Shangang Group has now grown to be a large-scale manufacturer with a fixed assets of RMB270 million, total factory area of 260,000.00 m2 including a building area of 120,000.00 m2 through 12 years?development.
Shangang Group is a prime manufacturer specializing in High Frequency Welded Steel Pipes, ERW Steel Pipes, Cold Rolled Steel Strips, Electrogalvanized Steel Pipes, Black & bright Steel Pipes, Lipped Steel-C-Channel, Square and Rectangular Large Cold Formed Steel Hollow Sections(profile steel tubes/pipes), etc.. It has 4 continuous rolling production lines, 30 single rolling mills, 30 welding production lines, 30 high frequency straight seam welding production lines, 8 high frequency and high precision straight seam welding production lines (U60, U40) which can manufacture steel pipes for size 13x13-450x0.4-16.0mm and GH200 and GH450 large cold formed hollow steel section production lines. Our annual capacity is as follows: 400 thousand metric tons of cold rolled steel strips and 500 thousand metric tons of high frequency welded steel pipes. Our products have developed into six categories including over 600 items and have already been sold to more than 20 provinces, cities and prefectures in China and exported to over 30 countries and regions in Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and North America. Shangang group has now become the largest manufacturer of cold belt and square and rectangular welding pipes/tubes in Southeast China and our products enjoy a very good reputation both at home and abroad.
The specs of large square and rectangular cold formed steel hollow sections ranges from 70mmx70mm-450mmx450mm with wall thickness 2.5mm-16.0mm. Our company became the first manufacturer in China who can produce large square and rectangular cold formed steel hollow sections after the UH450 large hollow formed steel section production line was successfully put into production and it filled up the domestic blank of manufacturing large square and rectangular cold formed steel hollow sections.
