Shanghai Aerospace Automobile Electromechanical Co., Ltd. (called SAAE for short hereinafter) is a listed joint-stock limited company jointly founded by Shanghai Spaceflight Corporation, Shanghai Shule Electric Equipment Factory, Shanghai Xinguang Telecommunication Factory and Shanghai Instrument Factory that are subordinate to the 8th Institute of China Aerospace Science & Technology Corp. by means of incorporating by floating stocks. SAAE has three branches including Shuhang Electrical Equipment Branch Corporation, Sensor Branch Corporation, Jinqiao Mechanical Branch Corporation and holds stocks of Shanghai Automobile Air-conditioner Factory, Shanghai Composite Material Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Boer Investment Co., Ltd. etc. And Shanghai Delphi Automobile Air-conditioner System Co., Ltd. jointly invested and founded by SAAC and Delphi Automobile System (China) Investment Co., Ltd. in March 1998 has become the professional manufacturer with the largest sales volume, the most models, the highest market share and the best technical quality in this trade at home. Since SAAE considers quality as its life, it keeps in strengthening quality control. Its branches and subsidiaries have been granted authentication of ISO9001, ISO9002, QS9000 and VDA6.1 etc. successively, which makes management of the company keep improving and ensures high product quality.
