Qingdao Tianchi Casting Co., LTD. is one of the advanced enterprises of Qingdao, the Level 3 quality tested enterprise, the designated producer of Ministry of Railways, and the coordinated enterprise of Jinan Moped Group. Established in 1985, our company occupies an area of 5,700 square meters, of which 3,500 square meters is used for construction. We possess 41 main processing equipments, with annual processing capacity of 1,500 tons, 1 series of precise casting assembly line and 1 series of sand casting assembly line, which bring us annual production capacity of 2,500 tons. Besides, our 600 staffs, 25 administrative officers, and 46 technicians, including 7 engineers, also contribute to our strong casting and processing force.
We are mainly engaged in producing railway vehicles, coach, motorcar and textile fittings, manufacturing mining machinery, all kinds of car and farm machinery accessories, and casting carbon steel, alloy steel, abrasion-resistant steel, and high-grade steel, etc., which are spread throughout many countries and areas, such as U.S.A, Germany, Japan, Korea, Italy, etc. To improve our quality guarantee system, we've adopted best-quality tesing equipments and methods, including the universal testing machine, hardmeter, metallographic analysis microscope, heat-treated auto-control apparatus and two series of chemical analysis instruments.
